About Virgins On Fire Candle Co.
I launched in June 2020 to ignite my unrealized creative potential and take control of my own financial future. In that spirit, Virgins On Fire encapsulates the idea of becoming the person you want to be, and not the version of yourself that others expect. There is a humor, and a subversiveness, that drives the company forward. It's irreverence, wit, joy, lust, and just the right amount of disrespect for the broken systems that led us here. It's Fuck It, I'm Buying a Cabin, it's This Candle was Handmade by a Gay Man, not a Multi-national Corporation with a Rainbow Logo 30 Days Out the Year. With a dash of queerness, and a clear-eyed optimism (I went sober the day before launching), you have a company run by a fired up millennial intent on living on his own terms.
