Products arrived promptly, however the box was a little flimsy and squashed, this resulted in one of the boxes which doubles as a display box being unusable as such without a lot of cello tape. When reorganising the bath soak salts, one packet wasn’t fully sealed, I lost half the packet. Will need to check all other packets just in case. Products are nice pick up gifts. No issues with communication although did not make contact with brand other than them sending shipping notification.
