At Northern Pasta Co. we craft unbeatably delicious pasta without compromise. Sourcing regeneratively grown British spelt, we champion British farmers, the soil and our environment to create pasta that is 100% traceable. We make every single piece ourselves, with flour, water and absolutely no nasties! Using traditional methods our pasta is bronze drawn and slow dried for maximum texture and flavour, to deliver total comfort and flavour every time. We started from humble beginnings on a market stall in Cumbria in June 2022 on a mission to empower customers with a choice of higher quality, of minimising environmental impact, of improving our U.K farming landscapes and of creating unbeatably delicious dinners. We realised that being good for the planet and good for your health doesn’t have to be boring. It also doesn't mean compromising on taste.
