Welcome to BOSSCBEAUTY! Founded by Cher Marin, BOSSCBEAUTY was curated to empower Black women, Indigenous women, and women of colour through the essence of self care, self love, and beauty. BOSSCBEAUTY is inspired by a name many people labeled our founder, “bossy”. Whether this was supposed to be a good or bad image, Cher took pride in it anyway and made this brand name, replacing the “Y” in bossy with a “C” to represent her name. During Cher’s teenage years, she lost herself trying to fit in with people who wanted to do nothing but undermine her self-worth. Many of these people happened to be women and it disappointed her that even women will put down our own to gain validation from men. So she started this brand with the intention to create a safe space for anyone who had to deal with the same. To find inspiration & motivation to love themselves and keep blossoming unapologetically. Cher has always had strong passion for beauty, especially skincare and has always been well-educated on it, and wanted to combine the two to make this brand exactly what it is: empowering, educating, and nourishing to the mind, body, & soul.
