Hello Cécilia, We are sincerely sorry that this first order did not meet your expectations. Regarding the timing: as early as July 28, the day of your order, we wrote to inform you that certain items in the pack were no longer available, and to propose equivalent best-sellers. On July 30, we sent you the summary of the 21 hair clips, with the substitutions, asking for your agreement before starting preparation. Without a reply, we nevertheless shipped on August 11; the parcel was delivered the next day. Regarding quality: if one or more models did not meet your expectations, we regret that. As soon as we became aware of your review, we tried to contact you twice, by phone and by message, for a discussion or a refund. There was no response or call back from you.
