About Harriet Watson
Harriet Watson is an illustrator based in a market town outside of Manchester. She illustrates cards, prints and stationery decorating them with the little things she loves. They are cheerful and playful while seeking simplicity through thoughtful designs. Each piece begins as a gouache painting, then printed using sustainably sourced paper. Growing up in the Norfolk countryside has ended up having a tremendous influence on Harriet’s work. Her inspiration is gathered from people, places and day to day sights. She has a great love for flowers and is heavily inspired by them. She strives to use where possible, sustainably sourced paper, packaging and printers who use environmentally friendly practices.
