My shipment arrived as it was held at customs. The postal service advised me to ask the company to open a ticket to expedite the customs clearance, but nothing was done. The Christmas goods did not arrive, and it was a great loss for me!

We have been in contact with both yourself constantly and our postal service throughout this process to try and resolve the issue, however the information provided to us has been limited and ultimately outside of our control.
