I reached out to this vendor for a status update after I had noticed it didn’t ship when it said it would. She responded immediately letting me know my order would be shipped that same day. Never received my order! I tried contacting her numerous times within a month regarding my order and she never responded to myself or Faire. The last time we spoke was Labor Day weekend and she said she was sorry it wasn’t sent out yet and would do it that day. . She never did, all she did was make a label.

Hello, Ma'am! I have messaged you and called you so i could send you more koozies. As loose strings are the nature of fringe you will get some strands that fall of here and there. your comment is very misleading to others. Also, for a refund you have to go through Faire i have no access to that information on being able to refund you on you're portal there is a refund button to click and send product back, again i have had no issues with this if you could reach out to me.
