About Tisse

Tisse is a Marseille-based microbrewery of non-alcoholic fermented drinks, imagined by two childhood friends. The project was born from a shared interest in fermentation techniques used in the design and packaging of food, practiced all over the world for centuries. And for the comfort of a well-chilled and refreshing drink enjoyed on an afternoon under a blazing sun! Aware that large-scale beverage production will inevitably have an impact on the environment, we aim to minimize it as much as possible. We want to offer original recipes with a responsible approach. Particularly in the choice and involvement of our raw material suppliers: whenever possible, we select our ingredients as locally as possible, in short supply chains, through independent producers. All our ingredients are natural and from organic farming. We are currently grouped in a cooperative, a project supported by a collective of producers, whose goal is to build a favorable ecosystem for the production and distribution of artisanal drinks in the region.
