Great plants, great prices, and friendly customer service. Unfortunately, UPS seemed to turn into “OOPS” for a few days during transit, and many of my plants arrived unpotted. I don’t blame the seller, but I think securing the root balls with sphagnum moss or another method could help keep everything intact during shipping since UPS can’t act right. But they were kind when I reached out, and I’d absolutely order again.
