Our story is a unique one. As a stay-at-home mom, Hope, wanted a way to help contribute to the family’s income. She took some classes at Michaels and began baking cakes, cupcakes, and specialty cookies. The most ordered cupcake was her salted caramel cupcake. One day Brady, Hope’s husband, took some of those scrumptious salted caramel cupcakes to share with coworkers. A few days later, Brady’s coworker wanted to know if he could get the salted caramel cupcake without the cupcake. In other words, he wanted that delicious, gooey, caramel core. With a little science, a little creativity, and a lot of determination Hope’s Caramels was born. We began in February of 2014 and have continued to grow. We have moved into a commercial kitchen space and have several wholesale outlets for our caramels.
