Hello & Welcome, loves! My name is deShawn and I am the owner of Love.dee Creations. We are located in Covington, Virginia surrounded be the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and landscapes. I am a busy, on-the-go mom to Kaiya and my supportive boyfriend, Bink. (Although, I'm sure sometimes he wonders what he signed up for). I have always had a passion for creating and using my hands. That passion grew in high school, when taking a trade became part of my graduation requirements. Any guesses what I took? Carpentry. From there I have painted, sculpted, dabbled in woodworking off and on, made resin tumblers, but nothing really stuck. Until I lost my mom in 2020. Losing my mother, turned my "business" upside down and around the bend. My passion was lost, and I had no motivation or desire to create. That Christmas, I found myself full of grief and wanting to make the holiday extra special for my daughter & siblings. An incredible business opportunity to participate in The Gauntlet, gave me to tools move in a new direction, when I was able to purchase my laser engraving machine. I created custom gifts focused on the love and cherished memories of our mother & grandmother. And the rest is history.Read their story
