Pradipta Kishore Sahoo worked as a design engineer at Airbus, India, when he along with his colleague would frequent international trips with involved airplane travel for more than 19 hours. That led them to think why isn't there anything to help the travelers with the back and neck pain. Being aerospace engineers they came up with a design to change the airplane seats. The Airbus engineering head suggested that they design something which will be helpful to travelers in general. That's when they started working on a design to address the travelers' fatigue. Having tested more than 15 prototype versions, they finally arrived at the version that was approved by the early users and Engineering and Management at Bizlab, an Airbus accelerator to support intrapreneurs. After the spinoff in 2019, they stepped into entrepreneurship. Sarit, Pradipta's wife joined him in his venture. They launched a Kickstarter in May 2020 which was a success with the support of 638 backers in 30 days. All the backers gave so much love after receiving their napEazys.
