Very responsive to questions. We tested the Spiced Chai Lemonade at a fall event made with sparkling water and it was a hit! This would be amazing hot, can't wait to try that and the Carmamel Apple at our next event!

No isssues with product itself. Packaging wasn’t great though as a lot of them arrived broken. Maybe FedEx fault. Still there wasn’t enough packaging to protect the product.
