Placed an order, one item was stained. They wouldn’t replace it due to “shipping costs”. I offered to place another order, so they could add the replacement. And now we’ve been ghosted and have not heard back from there. We’ve message them on multiple platforms and are not getting a response. Unfortunate because we loved the items. Just wanted the one item replaced and even was going to place a second order. All in all, very poor communication (no communication). Will not be ordering again.
