Since moving to the Northwoods, we have been heavily practicing the Hygge concept, which has helped us adapt quite well in the winter. My husband and I love craft cocktails (plus mocktails during dry months); we have had a blast tasting and creating infusion jars! We also have branched out to infused sugars, dried organic fruit and moving into a big focus on mocktails. I started a Hygge shop in St. Germain, WI, and have had success in getting into local shops.
