About DINO BARS
DINO BARS is a brand of the Functional Food Company, a small family-owned business owned and managed by Jessica and Ian Saultz. They believe in the positive effects of eating healthy, and want to provide like-minded parents with a healthy snack for their kids. Born and raised in Germany, Jessica grew up with a backyard full of fresh fruit and vegetables. She married Ian, an American, and their journey together began; fueling each other’s desire to live healthy lives through fitness and nutrition. The story of DINO BARS begins with the birth of their first child, Liam. Shortly after introducing solid food to Liam, they realized that he couldn’t tolerate refined sugars. They had always emphasized the importance of homemade food and snacks, but they needed an option for the busy times in life. Luckily, in Germany, there was a large variety of sugar-free, store-bought snacks for their son. Fast forward a couple of years, after the birth of their second child, June, the family of four moved from Germany back to the US. Ian started a new job while Jessica stayed home with the kids. Disappointed with the kids snack selection here, Jessica started making snacks for their kids. The snack bars were an instant favorite among kids and parents alike. Jessica and Ian decided to put everything they had into making these amazing and nutritious snacks available to parents across the country. DINO BARS are produced in Charleston, South Carolina and are shipped anywhere within the US.

These are a hit at our shop! The branding is so cute, the ingredients are healthy and the edible paper concept is so perfect to avoid sticky hands and faces. Although focused towards a great snack for kids, me and my employees love them and eat them just as often. Highly recommend this product!

Our order process was a great experience and the bars arrived in a timely manner. There is quite a variety of flavors offered and we are selling bars by the box and individually as well. We have had our customers try a bar before buying a box and are continuing to get their feedback that we can share in the future as well.
