About Rooster Undyed Yarns
Rooster Yarns was born out of three passions: high quality natural fibre yarns, sustainable and ethical trading, and crafting with friends. If you’re looking for some of the softest, most luxurious undyed yarn bases available for hand-dyeing, view our selection of beautiful yarns. From fine laceweight to super bulky, and super-soft merino to totally organic cotton, you will find a whole host of natural fibres, yarn weights and constructions to choose from. Our journey began three generations ago as wool merchants, sourcing and trading in top quality wool products worldwide. Through the decades, we have developed excellent relationships with mills across the globe to bring you the best yarns for your hand-dyeing business. Our merino wool is sourced from South America and comes from areas that do not practice mulesing. Available in a range of pure and blended yarns, a variety of plies, and as superwash or non-superwash, all our merino yarns are beautifully soft and can be comfortably worn next to the skin.

It is difficult to find cotton undyed. This one is great. It says it is a dk weight but after dying it blooms to a light worsted weight. The problem is the company actually having it in stock in the US. Wished it was available all the time.
