Parcels refused because the cat toys were all damaged, torn. That can happen, however, the products were never reshipped and I was charged for the products even though I never received them!!! I requested a refund, it's been 3 months now and still nothing. I never received the goods, proof with the transport slip where it is clearly indicated "refused, damaged, unsellable" why not refund?
