About Gohobi （We cover import duties）
*The U.S. government has introduced a new tariff on imported goods. To help ease the impact, we’ll be covering 100% of the new tariff costs (Delivered Duty Paid) on all orders shipped from our China warehouse to the U.S. Gohobi is a London based handcrafted homeware and tea brand, inspired by Asian ceramic art and history. We collaborate directly with artists, producers and farmers to redefine tea culture, bringing the best of East Asia to Europe. We organise tea ceremonies, ikebana and other cultural workshops, celebrating diversity, the local community and promoting wellness. Reflections from our brand philosophy: Buy Less, Buy Better Durability We want to provide better quality products that can be used for a long time. Wellbeing We want to promote wellbeing through our art and culture workshops. Inclusive We want to celebrate diversity and create a space for people from different social or economic backgrounds. We try our best to find the balance between quality and price to ensure it is available to everyone. Openness We source our product directly so the customer knows where the product comes from and is made.

Very satisfied with Gohobi products. Deliveries are much faster than the announced timeframe: generally within 7 to 10 days versus the month and a half that was stated when placing the order. I've had a lot of success with the small carved wooden animals, which are truly adorable and trigger many impulse purchases among both children and adults. The products for the table are also of very high quality.

They are a great company to work with. I did have a few things arrive broken, but they replaced them right away.

The product we ordered was not packaged as shown in the photos. Instead it has an ill-fitting label with a QR code on the back that links to nothing related to the product. We will now have to create our own packaging for this item. Would recommend updating the photos for authenticity.
