BodyFuel was built on the dream of creating a fun and healthy brand for all. We did get there, but not without a plot twist along the way. Owner Jessica Disher was a personal trainer and nutrition coach, working with people to help them find a lifestyle they could commit to through nutrition and exercise. Combining that with her love for coffee and organic foods, she dreamed of opening a health cafe that could be the answer in a never-ending junk food world. As she planned her health cafe, she sampled these "energy bites" to friends and family. In no time, they became an immediate hit and she started being asked if they were for sale. Shortly after, she realized that these bites made of simple ingredients - dried fruit, nuts and spices to be exact, were the brand she was trying to build all along. The journey began late 2018 and since then, BodyFuel has become a virtual cafe selling "desert-inspired" clean treats. Imagine pecan pie, tiramisu, strawberry cheesecake, and lemon coconut creme... all comprised of raw and healthy ingredients and making the perfect snack. They're gluten, dairy and soy free, full of fiber and containing the perfect blend of protein, carbs and fats. We've mastered the craft of making them so indulgent, you never feel you're sacrificing the sugary delicacies of life.
