Dutch Waffle Company brings authentic Dutch Stroopwafels to the United States, freshly baked on this side of the ocean. Our story began when founder Bianca introduced Stroopwafels to her American host family during an exchange year. One bite of the crisp waffle cookies filled with warm, gooey caramel sparked a love for this Dutch specialty and eventually the creation of Dutch Waffle Company. Most Stroopwafels sold in the U.S. are imported from the Netherlands and spend months in transit and storage before reaching store shelves. We do things differently. Our Stroopwafels are baked on this side of the ocean using an authentic Dutch recipe, allowing us to deliver a product that is fresher, crispier, and closer to the traditional experience. Our assortment includes: • Classic Stroopwafels • Gluten-Free Stroopwafels • Vegan & Gluten-Free Stroopwafels • No-Bake Stroopwafel Pie Crust • Stroopwafel Coffee Retailers can order by the case for retail sales, and we also offer beautiful gift boxes and corporate gift boxes. We’ve been actively working on ways to bring our coffee pricing down, and just last week we were able to make a small adjustment. That said, we agree, it’s still not where we would ideally like it to be. We partner with a small local roaster, and at the moment we’re also dealing with added import tariffs, which unfortunately impact pricing. We’re hopeful these will ease in the near future.
