We appreciate your business and apologize for the condition upon arrival. As I mentioned in our correspondence, the plants froze during transit. At that point I recommended for you to file a damage claim directly with Faire as they are great with accommodating refunds with the retailers. Unfortunately, this Winter's temps effected the transit of our plants, so we decided not to re-ship during Winter. —Northwest Orchids • Mar 12, 2026

This seller has been great. My only concern recently was with bamboo which died probably due to weather even after great packaging. otherwise we have very wonderful experience.

had a communication prolbem they did not get my message which i sent 10 min after the order to make sure they heat packed they shipped out without heat pack to alaska they froze and they would not give me any credit
