About Allison Poplett

Allison Poplett is a graphic designer and illustrator based out of Chicago, IL. She studied art history and drawing at Bradley University, and graphic design at Chicago Portfolio School. She started her career as an in-house designer at Third Man Records, Jack White's Nashville based record label for two years, before venturing out on her own and starting her own business and brand in 2020. She creates work in both digital and acrylic mediums, influenced by her graphic design background and admiration for historical art movements. She draws inspiration from vintage poster design, the bold strokes of Matisse, and cultural richness of Italy and France. She loves to romanticize the simplicities of everyday life within her work, whether it is a serene glass of wine, vibrant meal, or delicate bouquet of flowers. In an effort to create a more sustainable business, all of her prints and greeting cards are made to order, so there is no wasteful back stock. They are also shipped in eco-friendly honeycomb packing paper and compostable packing peanuts. All prints are printed on archival, museum-grade paper, meaning they are meant to last the test of time.
