This was my first order with this supplier, and also my last. They sent me the wrong sizes and refused to correct their mistake. Instead, they offered a 5% discount code for a future order. Why would I order again from a supplier that ships the wrong items and takes no responsibility? I wanted the products I paid for, not a discount. Very disappointing customer service.

We sincerely regret what happened and apologize for the error in the sizes sent. It was a human error at the source. Even so, we wanted to take responsibility and, to compensate for the mistake, we offered you a 5% credit on the total amount of your order for a future purchase. This amount even exceeded the value of the difference caused. However, we were not able to give away all the requested items, especially since we were in a clearance period with discounts of up to 40%. Despite this, we made an additional effort to offer that extra 5% as compensation. At no time did we want to evade our responsibility; we simply tried to offer a fair solution for both parties.
