Very disappointed. After a full month, my package never arrived. I contacted UPS directly and they confirmed only a shipping label had been created — the parcel was never actually shipped. The seller blamed the courier, but that wasn't accurate. I did get a refund, but the lack of transparency was frustrating. Be cautious ordering from this brand.

Preparing an order and generating shipping labels incurs costs for us, so we had no reason not to ship your packages. Throughout this situation, we have been transparent by keeping you informed of the progress of your order. We would also like to point out that the situation lasted 10 days, not a full month as mentioned. As mentioned, no UPS driver came to collect the package, despite our repeated follow-ups with UPS and Faire, who kept confirming that a carrier would come.
