About Lottie's Meats

We’re Chelsey & Cassie - the sisters and co-founders behind Lottie’s Meats. Lottie's Meats is an emerging food brand born out of the six-generation family hog farm we grew up on in the midwest. We offer a diverse range of chef-crafted, nutrient dense, all-natural pork sausages & seasoned ground pork blends – like "calabrian chile" or "everyday" breakfast pork sausage -- sourced from our family farm network and chef-crafted in small batches. Our goal is to bring pork to the dinner table (and the conversation) in a new, meaningful way that centers around socially and environmentally friendly practices while also bringing new flavors, ideas and communities together.
