Quality of items are fantastic! Customers love them! Was initially missing 2 patches on 2 beanies, but I returned they were replaced within a few days! Thank you so much!

The patches aren't cured & properly pressed onto the beanies.I saw the corner of the patch not stuck to the hat- when I investigated the entire patch came right off. I messaged the brand directly- gave them an opportunity to make it right & their answer was that they 'have sold thousands of hats so it's not a problem.' That is not an adequate answer. I'm highly disappointed.I have a production facility and will be repressing all these products myself & not ordering again. Product not as pictured
