Save Bee was born from the shared passion for nature and beekeeping of several childhood friends from Walloon Brabant (Belgium), who decided to mobilize to preserve biodiversity, particularly through the multiplication of hives and bee colonies. Indeed, it is thanks to bees that 80% of pollination takes place: Without them, we would see a rapid reduction in floral diversity, and this would therefore have an impact on our crops, gardens, and lifestyle. And yet, wild and domestic bee populations are threatened by numerous environmental and societal factors, such as the homogenization of agricultural crops, the use of pesticides, or the reduction of their habitat. At Save Bee, we have therefore set ourselves the objective of reintroducing as many bee colonies as possible in a reasoned and progressive way. We are also producers of 100% artisanal and local honey, not organic, but worked in the most natural way possible (unheated, without added sugar), and harvested with the greatest respect for our bees.
