I find the quality of the products very average. The processing is long, however the brand warns about it. It then offers to buy directly at -25%. So we pay 25% more and it shows in the price of the products compared to the quality.

As we explained in our private message to you: This is the first time in years that a customer hasn't been 100% satisfied with our products, which is why we're taking your review seriously, especially when you say the quality is mediocre. What surprises us most is that you didn't return anything at all... which means the products can't be that bad. Faire has a secure and fast returns system, and you could have returned them if you didn't like them, but instead you chose to keep everything... something just doesn't add up.
