Overall everything was great. The taste of the brownies was amazing. I ordered these specifically for an event I was hired for. We ordered 11 boxes of brownies, 9 out of the 11 boxes arrived perfectly. Two boxes were placed vertically in the shipping box and squished down to the bottom corner. One of those boxes were semi-salvageable, the other was a complete loss. Each box holds 70 brownies so that was quite a lot to lose. The response I got after reporting this was less than ideal.
