It starts with our molds, they begin as a unique sculpture just for Gosanko Chocolate so the detail and uniqueness can only be found with us and nowhere else in the industry. The actual chocolate pieces are individually hand crafted, then hand wrapped and hand rubbed so the finest of detail come through. Maintaining that quality is first and foremost, Gosanko Chocolate uses exclusively the award winning Guittard Chocolate. As a 5th generation company, Guittard has a commitment to the chocolate craft and select single origin beans for their exclusive flavors and attributes and customize blends and formulas to deliver a premium chocolate experience. Also supporting the people and preserving the places behind what they make and continue to find ways to support and grow with their extended family of customers, co-workers, farmers and suppliers.
