KiuKiu is a celebration of rice and texture. We make chewy, bouncy Mochi Pancake & Waffle Mixes inspired by the joyful foods our founder grew up eating in Taiwan — from mochi to boba to rice cakes — reimagined through a familiar American breakfast staple. Rooted in a family history of rice farming, KiuKiu honors the grain at the heart of so many Asian traditions by transforming Californian rice flour into a playful, modern pantry staple. Crafted in small batches in San Diego, our mixes come in vibrant flavors like Ube, Pandan Coconut, and Black Sesame. Naturally gluten-free and ready in just minutes!
