Communication, service and fulfillment were all great. The towels are on the light and thinner side, but they became soft once washed and are surprisingly absorbent. I really like the fact that they are not bulky and dry very quickly. They also serve will as a wrap/cover up.

The towels are quality and the price is very fair. They were out of some of the styles I ordered but quickly let me know and after choosing other styles, the towels were shipped out quickly. I will order from this brand again.
