Roman Grey Co. was founded by Johnathan and Rachel McMinn. Named after our daughter, our company encapsulates her love, spirit, and energy! Roman Grey Co. was started after we were both laid off from our corporate jobs on the same day due to COVID-19. As unexpected and difficult as this time was, it created the perfect opportunity to follow our passions and finally launch the company we've always wanted.
