Hey Mandy, I'm sorry for any frustration and your experience. Your order was completed and shipped to you. When you reached out, a return label was sent the same day via email and on faire. The design was correct on the crewnecks it just didn't have the split. We messaged you back the same day you reached out to us and sent you a return label to send the items back to us so we could fix them.
