About Make & Mend Company

The Make & Mend Company was founded by friends Rachel Willis and Lyndsey Stephenson, in Stockton on Tees, North East England. They met at work, in jobs that saw them collaborating, often in high pressure situations. It was this experience that illuminated their shared interests and natural crossovers. Connecting the dots, Rachel and Lyndsey realised they’d make a great team. Inspired imagineers, they had a mutual desire to share mindful mending and handcrafted happiness with the world, and so the Make & Mend Company was born. Casting spools of support to those who need them most, the Make & Mend company offers products that allow people to be creatively active, introducing them to the positive effects of craft. The soulful hoop kits include not only instructions on how to stitch the beautiful affirmation designs, but practical advice on how to deal with the subject matter you are stitching about.
