All orders are handmade and made to order, that being said Orders typically take 22-30 business days (does not include weekends, longer for market events) once placed. If wanting to pick items up to save on shipping costs, please reach out. Lead times are stated at time of purchase and listed on listings when viewing prior to purchase. I choose the maximum lead time listed but expect the times to be shipped out much sooner than that. If there are questions about lead times, please message me prior to placing order. Veteran owned and operated small business out of Sheffield Illinois. All my products are handmade from start to finish. Started on Etsy as a hobby that turned Into a full time business. Expanding my business to now wholesale. I will select FURTHEST OUT lead time date on orders. It should not take that long to ship, but it is to ensure all orders are shipped before established lead times. If you have questions please reach out to me about shipping dates and current lead times. I do not print shipping labels until I am packing up order. If you have issues, please reach out to me. Sales and Faire Market: I will honor a sale price if order and sale occur within 24 hours of each other, if this occurs, please reach out to me. I have bought wood flags from many manufacturers. These have mounting hardware that I had to move in order to display in store and for others. Stars are not clean cut but very rough and uneven. The actual assembly needs to be changed if you want premium prices. I’ll be donating them most likely to fundraisers so customers don’t think this is the quality of our shops other products. I gave them a chance as a fellow veteran. Ask to see backs of flags. You may change your mind. I’ll share.

You first initially reached out irate within an hour of shipping because UPS tracking had not updated and I informed you to give it a day for it to update and reach out if it did not. After explaining why they are mounted in such a way, you became extremely condescending and rude as well as gloating about your military service, to which I felt further explanation was no longer viable. This is the first type of feedback from the thousands of these flags I have sold regarding wall hangers and stars. The stars are hand etched in as stated in the listing and collection description, not a CNC machine or stickers like other's, ie 100% handmade. As for all sales are final and this being the first of hearing about it, Faire Does offer a return policy within 60 days, but you will need to contact Faire to initiate that. —Schmedic Woodworking • Aug 21, 2026

I have always been super happy with my every order with schmedic woodworking, unfortunately… choosing the flag crosses was a mistake. I hate to say but I can’t charge $60 for these. :( I will have to sell them for what I paid.

I am sorry you feel that way. I test my products for feedback from people in person prior to selling them on faire. During the test period I had no issue selling for $60 (suggested retail) and had all positive reviews and those customers felt the price was cheaper than I should have charged. I also researched other flag crosses and felt that my price was reasonable (in most cases my retail was less) as none were wavy and all were the same flat design and same size. I wish you would have reached out prior to the review to discuss and work something out like a discount on future order, especially since you have placed orders in the past. You have also had them less than a week from receiving them to writing your review, I wish you gave it more time to sell it at suggested retail before jumping to conclusions, as ive gotten many repeat orders for them.
