This seller sent our package with an unknown carrier Widect, which apparently is related to Turkish Airlines. The shipping carrier failed to deliver the package to the correct address. What has followed is a whole lot of no one communicating. No one has told me how I could possibly address this issue. I am being ignored by Widect and Hadley. Be aware that they do not use UPS/FedEx and are not of any assistance if an issue happens. I am out money and have no product, and no one cares.
