Catherine, age 18, had a a burning desire to one day run her very own business. Stuck in a rut, and couldn't find her way out, she quite literally found herself under the Christmas tree analysing a tin of the British Classic Chocolate we have grown up fighting over. "It is about time I can enjoy a dairy free selection once more. There must be so many like me missing out..."
