The Silberrücken brand has existed since 2006 and was created from a training community in the field of weight training. In search of a name and a symbol, we quickly came across the silverback, i.e. the fully grown male gorilla! We created a logo and had the first t-shirts made for our group. It quickly became clear that silverback could be more than just a logo of a training community because everyone would like to have such a shirt with the logo. That is why we have protected Silverback as a brand and placed great emphasis on quality right from the start and aimed for availability up to 5XL, sometimes even 8XL! In addition to the Silberrücken brand, the Gorilla Biker brand was also created when we placed the gorilla on a chopper for the first time. The response from the biker scene was so great that we then produced the motifs with bikes under gorilla bikers. For trademark reasons, the Gorilla Biker shirts are only available in the EU; outside the EU, we will integrate the motifs into the Silverback collection. Our motifs are created by our illustrator himself in many hours and therefore the motifs in the collections are very detailed and the depiction of the gorilla with his facial expressions is very lifelike!Read their story
