I’ve ordered from this company a few times now. Turnaround time takes 3x longer than what’s posted on their page. Despite several attempts to reach out to the company, I rarely hear back. I’m a maker myself, so I understand the busy seasons. However, lack of communication isn’t cutting it for me. I’ll be looking elsewhere going forward.

The vessels are beautiful. I ordered a sample cork lid and that one fit my vessels perfectly so I ordered the amount I needed for the remaining vessels. The lids were entirely too small for the vessels. I reached out to the brand a few times and no response. I’d just like to get lids that fit my jars.
