In 2011 I was just married to my husband, and we were excited to start our family. After suffering from infertility for several years, and visiting countless doctors who had no answers for me, I turned to a naturopath for help. Her recommendation was that I begin eliminating toxins from my diet. I followed her instructions and within 6 weeks of this new healthy lifestyle I became pregnant with my first son. By 2013 I was a happy mom and began to expand my new, clean way of living into my skincare and personal care items. As I searched for products to purchase I began to run into problems. I could either buy products that were a) Effective but toxic b) Natural but not effective c) Natural and [semi]effective, but exorbitantly priced I wanted products that were natural, affordable and effective. When it became clear that this did not exist I began to formulate my own products at home. My first product was deodorant. After a year or two of trial and error I finally came up with the perfect product that met all my criteria. Soon friends began to ask to try, and within a few months a thriving business was born.
