Joke is on me, I should have read the reviews prior to such a large order. Lesson learned. Shipment was marked as shipped so that I couldn't cancel or return once never received in a timely manner. Seems to be a scam. Someone knows the game i guess.

All reviews are so valuable to me as they help me grow and learn as a business owner!<3 I wanted to comment on this one as this customer and I spoke via message and this review was written before any communication happened between us and has since been resolved. There was a misunderstanding here, as I partially shipped the order due to awaiting a shipment of material to arrive to finish the bath teas which was communicated on a note in the box (but I should have sent a message as well). The 2nd box was shipped a few days later once I was able to finish making my bath teas as everything is handmade to order by me. I shipped the 2nd box outside of Faire as I did not want her to be charged for the 2nd priority mail box but since she was unable to see that shipment in faire, she rightfully so assumed that the 2nd box was not shipped. It was a learning experience on my end as I failed in communication, and her items did arrive safe and sound :) —Nurtured Root + Co. • Oct 25, 2025
