We have ordered from this brand for our miniature museum gift shop at least 3-4 times now. The quality has always been intricate and impressive. The one time we did have a chameleon skull break in transit, the brand was quick to replace the item. I appreciate that the brand overestimates shipping windows, and waits until the actual shipping to charge for the order.
