Ordered swimsuits from here and some arrived snagged/dirty. The seller never got back with me, so I had to reach out to Faire. Faire investigated my claim and photos and refunded me for the items that were dirty and damaged. Why on earth would I damage items I ordered to sell in my boutique? I bought them because they were cute and they arrived as shown. You all never got back with me. Instead of taking accountability for the damaged items you are gaslighting me as a buyer. Very poor company.
