About Gustoemilia
Gustoemilia was born from the idea of rediscovering the flavors and tradition of the Reggio Emilia Apennines through the King of Cheese, mountain Parmigiano Reggiano. We collaborate with local mountain dairies, we personally select the forms of Parmesan cheese and mature them for up to 48 months, we take care of cutting the shapes by hand in our laboratories, following each procedure step by step up to final logistics. In twenty years we have set ourselves many goals and we thank our customers for allowing us to achieve them. Next goal: to deliver the best mountain Parmigiano Reggiano to everyone's home quickly and easily.
