Our products are prohibited from being sold on third party marketplaces such Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Cratejoy, and Tiktok. We also prohibit sales within private groups, such as private Facebook groups. All products must be sold in their original, unopened packaging—no mixing with other brands, rebranding, or creating your own multipacks. Additionally, resellers must uphold the brand's integrity, avoid making misleading claims, and adhere to any minimum advertised pricing (MAP) guidelines. Violations of these policies may result in the termination of reseller agreements, and Sarah Hearts reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with resellers accepting updates by continuing to sell their products.
