With over 30 years of experience in the field of costume jewelry and fashion accessories, we have built a network of partner manufacturers and importers in France and around the world. The family team created its first store in the heart of Lyon's wholesale district in 2007, dedicated solely to costume jewelry for a professional clientele, followed in 2008 by the second store dedicated to fashion accessories. After establishing ourselves as one of the leaders in this field in the Rhône-Alpes region, we decided to establish an online presence, always striving to best meet the expectations of our customers. Hello, I am sorry that you have encountered issues with our products. Regarding the stainless steel bracelets, they all have an adjustable length chain, allowing them to extend up to about 20 cm, which is above the French standard. As for the fashion bracelets, I believe you are referring to the glass crystal bracelets mounted on elastic that you purchased in your December 2024 order; they also adhere to the French standard for a wrist size of 18-19 cm.
