What makes us different? Each hat is truly one of a kind. Flannel from our vintage and recycled shirts that do not make it through the dying and washing processes are cut up and used for the background of the patch. When you order a dozen hats, you also receive 12 different color hats so you aren't stuck with a dozen of the same ole thing. Caps are imported. Flannel and embroidery are done in the USA. Customize how you wish. Let us create a hat that is unique to your store and customer.

All the shirts are mineral washed in a professional dye house like all the rest of our items. Some colors do show more motteling than others. If you saw what they look like before they are washed, it would be very obvious. Your order was shipped on time and I messaged you when it shipped so I don't quite understand the review.
